By using this website you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. Caba’s Drapery reserves the right to change, add, modify or remove Terms and Conditions at any time. Items will be shipped by Australia post or fastway courier. All item's will be shipped as soon as possible unless a problem arrises in which case the customer will be notified. Please allow 21 days delivery as items travelling interstate may take longer.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item/s to Caba’s Drapery for a full refund minus the postage. Return postage on items is at the expense of the customer. Once item/s has/have been received by Caba’s Drapery in satisfactory and re-saleable condition, full refund or store credit will be issued. If item/s are damaged during the return process, Caba’s Drapery reserves the right to give a partial refund.
If your item/s are delivered damaged or faulty, please contact Caba’s Drapery with 14 days via phone or email. Please include order number, your details, item/s ordered and problem with item/s. Item/s will need to be returned to Caba’s Drapery. Once received by Caba’s Drapery, we will issue a refund on return postage. In the event that we cannot replace your damaged/faulty item/s a full refund or store credit will be issued.
The customer may cancel an order at any time before shipment and Caba’s Drapery will issue a full refund, however most orders are shipped quickly. If cancellation occurs after shipment, please refer to our Returns policy.

The customer will be emailed an invoice/receipt at time of purchase. Caba’s Drapery does not store credit card details. All transactions are live at the time of purchase. Caba’s Drapery use SSL 128bit encryption for your protection. If item/s are out of stock due to demand, Caba’s Drapery will notify customer via email or phone. Most items can be re-stocked within 21 days. If an item is no longer available for re-stocking, the customer will be notified for a full refund.
